Strengthening the Identity and International Vision of OAK International Academies
In June 2024, OAK International Academies took a fundamental step in consolidating its international proposal by joining the renowned educational community made up of the Semper Altius School Network and the Prepa Anáhuac Network. Since then, OAK has entered a stage of institutional strengthening and strategic alignment that has facilitated the support of its academies through the expertise of professionals in various fields, the implementation of specialized training programs, the design of protocols and processes, and the development of innovative and effective commercial campaigns.
These months have marked a key advancement in the strategic planning process for the coming years, enabling a deep immersion in the academic, formative, spiritual, and operational life of each academy: Le Châtelard in Switzerland, Woodlands and Dublin Oak in Ireland, and Everest Collegiate High School and Academy in the United States.
Efforts are based on a comprehensive approach that promotes innovation without losing the essence and mission of each institution, and that will enrich future decision-making.

Strategic achievements of the past year, the first steps of a deep transformation
OAK International Academies has made significant progress in key areas that lay the groundwork for its long-term growth and consolidation. A comprehensive strategic diagnosis identified the main challenges at each academy, allowing the team to set clear priorities and design actionable plans for sustainable development. Operational foundations were strengthened through reinforced administrative structures and the implementation of a solid financial framework to support efficient and forward-looking management. In parallel, Safe Environments policies were adopted to ensure student protection, while new commercial strategies were launched to attract more families.
Communication and insight efforts advanced through market research and qualitative studies aimed at better understanding families’ needs and expectations, ultimately enhancing the academies’ value proposition. Student well-being was prioritized by boosting psychopedagogical support and promoting healthy, safe, and enriching environments for development. Lastly, support visits to each academy fostered direct engagement with their daily operations, culture, and communities, deepening collaboration between the central office and local teams and strengthening a shared institutional identity.
