Annual Program

Lead, guide, and inspire for a school year!

As an OAK Coworker, you will support and guide a group of girls or boys through formative activities, team-building dynamics, sports, outings, and trips that shape their character and make a lasting impact.

Le Châtelard

Female applicants welcome
Must be 18 years old by August 31
Preferred previous experience in an OAK International annual or summer program
Process through the Regnum Christi Coworker Program and meet all of its requirements
European passport is a plus
High English conversational level (French desirable)

Everest

Male and Female applicants welcome
Must be 18 years old by August 31
Preferred previous experience in an OAK International annual or summer program
Process through the Regnum Christi Coworker Program and meet all of its requirements
U.S. Visa required
High English conversational level

Dublin Oak

Male applicants welcome
Must be 18 years old by August 31

Summer Camp Program

In the Coworker Summer Camp Program you’ll guide a group of girls or boys through formative activities, team challenges, outdoor adventures, sports, trips, and countless moments of fun and growth.

We offer:

Comprehensive training

Housing & meals

An excellent work environment

Weekend outings, trips and local sightseeing opportunities to explore Ireland and Switzerland

Availability: June–July 2026 (4 effective weeks + training days)
