Our chef, John participated in a cooking contest (live cooking competition) last weekend. He had to prepare a vegetarian dish in 30 minutes. And won first place!
The dish he prepared was:
Polenta Grilled steak with beans and carrot salad and wholegrain mustard pesto.
Today he cooked it for the whole school.The children enjoyed the news and the dish. We gave him a nice applause and he promised to continue cooking good meals.
